Mercades Nichols back in jail

Teen in notorious videotaped beating back in jail:

The so called ring leader in the videotaped beating of Victoria Lindsay is back in jail.

18-year-old Mercades Nichols was arrested this past Wednesday for violating the terms of her probation.

It seems that Ms. Nichols got into some kind of dispute with a neighbor then drove her grandmother’s car up on to the neighbors’ lawn aiming towards the neighbors.

She is currently being held without bail.

Personally I’m surprised it took this long for her to violate her parole.

Brice Chase

Felon busted for MySpace display:
19-year-old Brice Chase of New Hampshire got himself into a little bit of trouble. It seems that he posted pictures of himself with guns and swords on his MySpace. Throw in some drug references…what’s that you say? Why is that a big deal? Well, it seems that Mr. Chase was on probation for being a getaway driver in a 2006 robbery. So you know what that means…

ProbationSpace

Probation + beer + MySpace = Jail:
More criminal geniuses…

Monticello – Guess what? Probation officers go online, too. So if you’re on probation, it’s better that you don’t post pictures of yourself drinking beer on your MySpace page. Doing just that got two Sullivan County men thrown in jail today.

One rule of probation: You can’t drink beer.

But probationers Alexander Berson, 21, and Martin Vogler Jr., 20, posted pictures of themselves on MySpace doing just that, probation officers told Judge Frank LaBuda in Sullivan County Court.

Berson posted a shot of himself holding a plastic cup of amber liquid, captioned “got real f’d up on New Year’s.” He admitted to drinking, his P.O. said. Berson is on probation for felony reckless endangerment. This would be his second violation.

Vogler posted a shot of himself with beer bottles, said District Attorney Steve Lungen. The nature of Vogler’s original felony conviction wasn’t available.

LaBuda sent both men to jail without bail, pending hearings on the probation violations.

I was unable to find either of their MySpaces. But congratulations Cliff and Norm. You just won the Red Foreman Dumbass Award.
