Teacher indicted on 35 sex counts

Urbana teacher faces 35 charges:

43-year-old James Zaborowski is a teacher from Urbana City Schools in Urbana, Ohio. He’s been indicted on 35 counts of child porn and solicitation charges.

• 13 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

• 13 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

• Four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

• Two counts of importuning.

• Two counts of possession of criminal tools and one count of tampering with evidence.

Zaborowski was first found out when a parent noticed that her daughter had received MySpace messages from Zaborowski that included improper material. The investigation revealed that he also allegedly had child porn on his computer. Two students have also come forward that he had inappropriate contact with them.

He had been a teacher with the district for 16 years so who knows how many other victims he may have had.

Second Claim Filed Against Woman Who Posed As Boy:

31-year-old Patricia Dye (pictured) of Franklin, Ohio not only posed as a teen boy online but she also allegedly posed as one in real life in order to allegedly have romantic relationships with teen girls.

On MySpace and Facebook she used the names of Matt Abrams and Matthew Thomas Abrams.

She allegedly had a relationship with two girls. One only went as far as kissing while the other was said to be sexual. Neither girl realized that Dye was a woman.

Dye even went so far as to allegedly used her father to pose as Abrams’ ‘Grandpa Ralph’. I wonder what his deal is.

Dye has been charged with with corruption of a minor and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, or again as I like to call it child rape.

Considering the lengths she went to in order to seduce these girls I can’t even imagine any type of defense that could be possibly mounted besides insanity.

Cyber Creep Caught:

68-year-old William Love of Twinsburg, Ohio was arrested for soliciting a 10-year-old girl on MySpace. He allegedly instructed the girl on how to masturbate and sent her porn.

I bet you’re wondering where the 10-year-old’s parents were and why she was on MySpace. Well, as it turns out the 10-year-old girl was actually a police officer from Bethesda, Ohio.

D’oh.

They’re still going to love him in prison fake kid or not.

Alleged MySpace kidnapper indicted:

20-year-old Darren Casey is accused of using a phony MySpace to set up a meeting with a woman who he allegedly tried to kidnap. Casey was indicted on attempted kidnapping charges among others.

He’s accused of using the fake MySpace to set up a meeting with a 21-year-old woman at a home in Bellbrook, Ohio. When she arrived at the house Casey allegedly jumped out wearing a mask and tried to grab her. Luckily she escaped.

Ironically Casey was also identified through MySpace with the victim’s help.

Enough with the MySpace hook ups already. Again if you’re meeting someone from online for the first time meet in the day, in a public place, and always bring a friend.

FBI: Mich. man planned assault, drove to Ohio:

The man from Ann Arbor, Michigan who allegedly sexually assaulted two girls from Xenia, Ohio has been captured by the FBI.

Church music director 32-year-old David Zobel of Ann Arbor has been charged with the assault.

Authorities found a camera containing sexually explicit images of the girls at Zobel’s house.

Of course Zoebel denies the charge. I’m sure the camera just magically appeared in his house.

Police say girls forced to perform sex acts:

Police in Toledo, Ohio and Ann Arbor,, Michigan are looking for a 30-year-old suspect who they believe sexually assaulted two girls,, ages 12 and 13, from Xenia,, Ohio.

They met the man over MySpace and he told them he could help them run away. He allegedly drove from Ann Arbor to Xenia to pick up the girls then took them to Toledo.

It was there in a parking garage where he allegedly forced the girls to let him take nude pictures of them and forced them to perform sex acts on them before he would let them go.

Let’s hear from the Toledo PD.

“It should scare parents. They should be aware. It’s a parental responsibility to know what your kids are doing in your house, especially when they’re 12 and 13 years old on the Internet,” WTOL quoted Toledo Police Sergeant Sam Harris as saying.

Why don’t you get it by now parents?

Arrest made in MySpace sex case:

That’s 24-year-old Eric Haynes of Union Township, Ohio. He’s accused of meeting a 15-year-old girl on MySpace, entering her home when no one was there, then waiting for her and her parents to get home, then after her parents went to sleep had sex with the girl, all the while knowing full well that she was 15…allegedly. (Holy run on sentence Batman).

Anyway I’m sure we’ll hear about how he was set up, didn’t know the girl’s age, such a great guy, blah blah blah blah blah.

MySpace account led to fugitive’s arrest:

29-year-old Maria Chase was on the run from the state of Michigan for violating her parole on check fraud and larceny charges. Those charges must have been pretty bad because she was on Michigan’s most wanted list. So you would think that someone who was a most wanted fugitive from the law would keep a low profile. Not Chase, she was tripped up because she kept checking her MySpace. Police and the U.S. Marshals were able to track her down in Columbus Ohio where she was arrested.

Fugitive taunts Marshals on MySpace:

Diamond Jones, aka ‘Jackboy Musik’, is wanted out of Dayton on burglary charges. So he peacefully turned himself in to authorities. Just kidding. He’s actually taunting U.S. Marshalls on MySpace by rapping about them.

…the self-proclaimed ‘free style’ rapper says in part, “We runnin [sic] from police, the Marshals, man!”

And, as the song goes, “you can’t catch me, you can’t prosecute me.”

There’s nothing like pissing of the federal agency that’s searching for you.

U.S. Marshalls have said they’re making Jones a priority.

Teen girls use MySpace to plan tussle:

Two girls ages 13 and 14 from Delphos, Ohio were arrested for fighting. The pair were allegedly fighting over insults traded on MySpace. They also used MySpace to plan the fight.

Let’s go over this again.

First off the 13-year-old had no business being on Myspace. Secondly maybe if their parents had beeen checking on their MySpaces this could have been prevented, in theory.

I’m guessing their parents don’t really care.
