Over at CrimeNe.ws I posted the rather bizarre story of Shawn Newberry. He’s an 18-year-old who wore a flak jacket to school and has a cache of weapons stockpiled at home. Yet he said there was no intention of wrongdoing. Uh huh.

Seriously, responsible journalism means nothing now-a-days….
Shawn isn’t a dangerous kid, I was his boss, that is until he was wrongfully arrested 2 days after the police let him go for carrying an empty bottle of pepper spray in his car… not on him. Yes, he was wearing safety gear…are you from Lakeland? Do you know where that school was? I would wear protective gear too. His guns…legal….along with everything else they seized. His vest? He even wore it to work…he never once even came across as being slightly violent.
Typical paranoid sheeple.
Take away the AK47, and he is an uneventful story or vandalism and petty theft, but because the video shows the rifle in use, now he is a potential mass murderer.
