Illinois cyberstalker arrested

Man accused of cyberstalking Bear’s Playmate girlfriend:
20-year-old Edson Diaz of Aurora, Illinois has been arrested and charged with felony cyberstalking. He had sent threatening messages to Playboy Playmate Jennifer Walcott through her MySpace.

Aurora police do not believe Diaz knew Walcott, 30, who lives in Arizona. In his e-mails, Diaz allegedly called Walcott “white trash” and repeatedly threatened her. In all capital letters and with little punctuation, Diaz allegedly told Walcott she is pathetic and shameful.

“WHEN I FIND OUT WHERE YOU LIVE IM GONNA GET YOU, THIS IS BARELY THE BEGINNING, THIS ISN’T OVER,” he wrote in one note, prosecutors said.

In another, Diaz allegedly tells Walcott she better learn how to protect herself.

“TIME FOR YOU TO SUFFER, LEARN HOW TO FIGHT WHITE GIRL BECAUSE WHEN WE FIND OUT WHERE YOU LIVE WERE GONNA GET YOU AND THE REST OF YOU PIGS,” he wrote, according to prosecutors.

Wallcot is dating Chicago Bear Adam Archuleta.

I found two MySpaces for Diaz but I’m not posting the links. On them he was busy threatening someone else.

About me:
well about me, im not no spoiled white kid like most of u in here with nothing to do but be online all day all night while im out bangin white girls.

Who I’d like to meet:
I’d like to meet your mothers and XXXXXXX, when i find u xxxxxx im gonna make u cry.

And from the other…

About me:
if i tell you the things i love doing, myspace would not be able to handle it, so how about u email me at bgreeneyes15@aol.com. XXXXXX, WHEN I FIND U YOU ARE GOING TO SUFFER.

Who I’d like to meet:
i’ll like to me your biggest fears, then face you with them, then u will die. I WANNA MEET XXXXXX, WHEN I MEET HER, IM GONNA MAKE HER SUFFER.

This is someone in obvious need of being locked up for an awfully long time before he actually hurts someone.

We get letters

So I got a comment today on my last post about Anthony Rich getting jail time. Except the comment was in reference to Christopher Leasher so it’s already got one strike against it. But I’ll let it continue.

For those of you who may not remember Christopher Leaser is accused of giving an awful amount of coke to and taking extreme advantage of a 15-year-old Girl. Leasher is a 24-year-old “musician”.

The commneter calls himself a “Concerned Friend” so I’m going to assume he’s a friend of Leasher’s in some capacity.

Trench,

I actually think that you need to get the whole story before you go ahead and post stuff on the internet. You’re commentary though allowed by the constitution of the United States under the first ammendment, is unguided and false and slanderous.

First off if my commentary was slanderous it would not be protected by the first amendment and more importantly since I wrote the commentary it would libelous. But I digress…

Perhaps you didn’t know that the 16 year old involved was under the influence of 4 Zany Bars, and there was no cocaine involved and that she was the one trying to sell the drugs, and all Mr. Leasher was doing was transporting the 2 young girls to a place so they wouldn’t get in any trouble. And that there was e-mail communication between the 2 individuals stating that there was no sexual relations that night. And that the 3 other individuals involved are homosexual.

Ah yes, the old trashing the victim game. How do you know all this about the victim? Your post came from a military base in Florida. The crime happened outside of Philadelphia. You might want to be careful where your pointing your “slander” accusations. And what does 3 individuals being gay have anything to do with anything?

No you didn’t get any of that information because you are arogant and nieve but will believe the media. And maybe you also didn’t take into account that the allegations that were made about Mr. Leasher arised over 60 days after the alleged event. And that there is n!
ot DNA evidence linking them….nope you probably didn’t understand that either, hey but that’s not my problem is it….

It might be now if your allegations are false. See how that works? What was your 24-year-old friend doing hanging out with a 15-year-old anyway?

Utah MySpace rapist

Hurricane police arrest rape suspect who met alleged victim on MySpace.com:
Police In Hurricane, Utah arrested 21-year-old David R. Miller (no MySpace found) on rape charges. Miller met his 18-year-old victim on MySpace after she had recently moved to the area to attend school.

The victim told police she had numerous on-line conversations with the suspect and the two agreed to meet. They drove to a remote location in Hurricane City, where the reported rape occurred.

The alleged suspect was located and interrogated a few days later. Det. Raleigh Morris arrested 21-year-old David R. Miller on one count of rape and one count of forcible sodomy, both first class felonies. Miller was booked into Purgatory Correctional Facility on Aug. 28.

Purgatory doesn’t quite sound enough. I wish it was called the Hell Correctional Facility myself.

Fight filmed on phone posted to MySpace

Cell phone captures fight at local school; video posted on MySpace:
Nothing says back to school quite a like a high school brawl that gets recorded and posted to MySpace. That’s exactly what happened at Shawnee High School in Louisville , Kentucky.

Policy keeps students from using school technology to get to websites like MySpace, but it doesn’t stop access on their cell phones. That’s why fights like the one Shawnee are causing concern.

“I got a knot on the side of my head and then this, this right here is from her ring hitting me because she had rings on all her fingers,” said Brooke Lindsay.

Brooke can watch the fight that got her forehead bruised, eye scratched and three days suspension for herself and another girl. That’s because a classmate caught the incident on camera phone.

“It wasn’t but like a four second fight. It wasn’t long,” Brooke said.

But long enough to get the video on MySpace. While officials still don’t know who shot the video, Jefferson County Public Schools policy doesn’t allow students to use school technology to access websites like MySpace. The rules aren’t so clear, when it comes to cell phones.

15-year-old Brooke Pollard is also in the video. She didn’t want to talk on camera, but admits to starting the fight after she claims words were exchanged in person and on MySpace earlier this week. She says she didn’t know about a video until school officials broke up the fight and classmates began to talk about it.

The marvels of modern technology. I’m glad to see they’re being put to such productive use.

MySpace feud leads to school brawl

Police: MySpace Feud Leads To School Brawl:
This is why I’m glad they didn’t have things like MySpace when I was a kid.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — An online feud led to a middle school brawl that ended with one student being arrested and four others treated for injuries, according to police.

The feud reportedly began over the summer, when a 15-year-old began arguing through the online social networking site MySpace.com with a classmate at William Dandy Middle School.

Tuesday, the feud turned physical when the teen allegedly punched the other student, then pulled out pepper spray when confronted by other classmates.

Police said they found an eight-inch knife in the teen’s backpack.

Then again in my day we didn’t take knives and pepper spray to school either.

Now get off my damn lawn.

Anthony Rich gets jail time

Man Gets Jail Over Photo Of Nude Ex on MySpace:
Back in February I posted about Anthony Rich. He’s the charming young lad who posted pics of his nude underage girlfriend on her hacked MySpace and distributed the pics on fliers at a party.

Anyway Mr. Rich pleaded no contest to child abuse and attempted child abuse which were reduced from charges that would have made the 19-year-old a registered sex offender. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

More on Christopher Leasher

Man Accused of Luring 15-Year-Old Girl Online:
Yesterday I posted about Christopher Leasher, the 24-year-old Pennsylvania “musician” who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl that he met through MySpace. The article I linked to yesterday didn’t really go into detail of the alleged assault. This article does.

According to this article it wasn’t a matter of some jackhole getting some from some jailbait. The scumbag allegedly coked her up to the point that he almost killed her and repeatedly raped her.

Let’s hear from said jackhole…

Investigators say Leasher told the teenager he was a rock star and admitted knowing she was just underage.

“I have recorded some music and people paid attention to it. It’s flattering for anyone to find me attractive or to want to have sex with me,” the defendant told police.

“When I’m on drugs I don’t like to be alone. It was nice to have someone to talk to. When I’m online, I’m in a fantasy world. I get off on the idea just knowing I could be with a girl,” he allegedly told detectives.

To make matters worse mommy and daddy posted his bond so the freak is out.

Again if you want to see his MySpace it’s here.

15 will get you 20 II

Bucks man arrested in alleged sex assault through MySpace:
24-year-old Christopher Leasher (MySpace deleted) of Mont Clare, Pennsylvania was arrested for giving drugs to and having sex with a 15-year-old girl that he met on MySpace.

Leasher was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact or communication with a minor and possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver.

According to court records, Leasher arranged to meet the girl at a K-Mart in Warminster Township, drove her to Philadelphia where he bought cocaine and Adderall, then took her to a friend’s home in Doylestown, where he sexually assaulted her.

Seriously. 24 and a car and you can’t do better than a 15-year-old and then you possibly try to give her coke? Pillar of society this one.

UPDATE 8/29/07: His MySpace has not been deleted and it’s right here.

Beech High School MySpace threat

Teen Charged With Posting Online Threats:
School just started in some parts of the country and already the fun begins.

A 9th grader at Beech High School in Hendersonville, Tennessee posted a threat against his school on a MySpace.

An attack was posted anonymously on MySpace.com that said, “I’ll kill all these people on the list, blow up this school, warn the teachers.”

The posting went on to name the students he’s going to kill.

“At this point in time, we will be charging the juvenile with unruly behavior,” said Sumner County Sheriff Bob Barker.

Unruly behavior? That’s a real charge? It’s a good thing he wasn’t brought up on roughousing charges. The more we excuse this kind of behavior the closer we get to another massacre.

Let’s throw the usual out there too…

Authorities believe they know why the threats occurred.

“Some taunting, some teasing occurred, and he was lashing out in a verbal behavior,” said Barker.

Spare me already.

The proper response to teasing is not death threats.
