Myspace site Reveals New Information About Accused Child Rapist:
17 or 18-year-old James Wamsley is accused of raping a 9-month-old boy over the Memorial Day weekend. According to the article Wamsley is supposed to have posed for pictures with numerous guns. I didn’t see any gun pics. I’m guessing someone got to his MySpace after the article came out.

If this sicko is convicted of first degree child rape, he will only 7-10 years. I can’t find anything about how the baby is doing.
Hi Janet- i totally agree with you!I have a son and i have to say it is not allways easy to keep on top of things. You can be the best parent ever and still don’t know what your Kids are up to. One can only feel sorry for the parents!!!
And with the Guns i agree too. I live in Australia and we have strict gun laws. We keep ours in a gunsafe and only us parents have a key-We have to have a licence and are not allowed to carry consealed weapons.

He’s been to court twice. The first time was when they determined he would be tried as an adult, and the second was when his lawyer asked for a continuance. He’s supposed to go back in couple of weeks, but there isn’t anything saying when.

I don’t have a gun cabinet…nothing. My best friend’s husband hunts though and i will not take my children there as he is very irresponsible with his weapons. The cops have actually taken them away and stupidly given them back. He leaves them under the couch etc. stupid, stupid man.
Having said that, another friend of mine has a cross bow that she keeps well guarded. They have taught me how to shoot it and I do enjoy going with them and target shooting.
My boyfriend drives long haul. He is going to Edmonton for six months in Oct. Wants me to get a license and a gun. I just can’t do it. Been on my own with the kids a long, long time and I just cannot bring myself to own a weapon.
As for the trial, I thought it was supposed to start this week. A continuance…could be whenever then.
I heard he is well protected and on meds. Could be wrong….just read it. Must be nice to be safe after something like that when my boyfriend wants me to get a gun when he’s away. Doesn’t make alot of sense.

well just so everyone now he is now out baby is fine healed real nice mom got both children tooken away because she did and may still have been doing drugs the day that the child was found james was asked to baby sit by the lady up stair which he had done several times before just with the help of his half brother who is 13 the only resone why he was baby sitting was because he was ground for a very long time for doing drug and lying to his parents he has had no real steady family history and has had a real dad that has commited suiside the only person he has lived with his whole life was his older brother which was full blood but they both treated there younger brother like full blooded as for the guns they were meant to teach responsibilaty and wether any one cares it did teach he would never have killed any one enless in defance and as for the mother of the baby she had asked him to baby sit so he could make some cash while he was grounded and she did not go to a family picnic other wise the kids would have went who ever thought that she went to a family picnic was stupid and miss informed but instead she was at a friends barbaque for a party of drinking and haveing fun probally trying to find a new boy toy she was gone for ten hours and the cops investigated this and other things which is why she lost her children which she had lost some others already not sure how many but the fact that she left her children with a child that had done drug was her own choise now i believe that james should get jail time but i believe he should get major mental help and get his medicine figured out as for the parents there plans are when he gets out to keep him away from society as much needed but still make him productive for the working society but if you have any more ?or any one of them i havent answered the just ask and i will try to answer them

hey man i was like best friends with james until i moved and i knew how his home life was it was rough but that isn’t an excuse for raping a baby but just think about how some bodys upbringings would effect them and my heart goes out to the family and chuck thanks for saying alll that shit good luck with the kid
