MySpace threat lands student in trouble
Pekin student makes online threats:
A student from Edison Junior High in Pekin, Illinois is being investigated for making threats on his MySpace. The article doesn’t elaborate on the threats except that he threatened himself and two other people. The MySpace also contained pictures of the two cowardly scumbag killers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. The student in question was turned in by another student. Of course he’s clinging to the myth…
The police department’s investigation has picked up that the Edison student was a victim of bullying and teasing, said Pekin Police Department’s Detective Chris Bitner. “He really felt that he was excluded,” he said.
Superintendent of Metamora High School Ken Maurer was approached by two students who had learned of the troubled student. Maurer said the Edison student wrote that he was depressed and has no friends. The student said he gives out his phone number but nobody calls him back, and people pick on him by bullying him and making fun of him.
Again, Columbine was not about bullying and exclusion is not bullying. And again, school is not worth ruining your life over. Take it from someone who survived, it’s just a small part of your life and when you go and get in trouble for threats you’re just letting the bullies win.

Quote you ‘but i survived’.
Really, what kid would want to turn out to be a retarded piece of crap like you?
Secondly, do you think by belittling the columbine guys were going to convince people they were eveil? They were sane people that chose certain actions. If you cant see the glory in that then you should not judge.

Yeah, I had my share of shit to deal with in middle school, but also survived w/out killing anyone…I’m sorry that the school shooters of the world had to deal w/everything they did, but as Trench said, all they accomplished w/their cowardly acts was to prove their detractors were right all along when they branded the killers “dangerous psychos”. There are plenty of people who got picked on in school, yet they didn’t all go on a shooting rampage to prove themselves, choosing instead to put their unfortunate experiences behind them and live successful, productive lives.
