MySpace bank robber caught
MySpace robber has Concord address:
Not too long ago I posted about Arkansas police using a MySpace to catch a bank robber (second story). It turns out the man in question lived in my stomping grounds of the Charlotte, NC area. 67-year-old Ernest Gail Lail (Gail?) lived one county over in Concord, NC.
Lail had been serving a federal prison term for a bank robbery in the 1960s and was released on parole in September.
He listed Concord as his address with parole officials.
However the MySpace did not help with his capture. He was arrested in Arkansas after crashing his car after another robbery.
