Police Arrest H.S. Sophomore Over Bogus MySpace Page:
A 15-year-old from Poteet High School in Mesquite, Texas was arrested after posting a fake MySpace of one of his teachers. He used his science teacher’s yearbook photo and then posted derogatory comments about the teacher. The police didn’t think it was that funny.
When Mesquite police notified MySpace about the bogus Web page, it was removed immediately.
Police walked into a classroom and handcuffed the student.
The teen is charged with fraudulent use of information, which is a felony.
Remember that kids the next time you think you’re being funny on MySpace by posting a fake profile.

We don’t even know what his sentence will be yet. I’ll be surprised if he gets more than probation.

Haha, this was last year and I know him! He’s one of my best friends and my bestfriends boyfriend. XD He got juvie but not much else. It was pretty bad, but he’s still a good kid, even if he can be stupid!
