Mr. A brings us some more MySpace malcontents.
First up is Zachary Thomas Neiman who is trying to plead insanity in the shotgun killing of his mother.
Next up is Colin Guy. He’s an escaped convicted sex offender from Great Britain who was recently captured in Canada. Of course he proclaims his innocence and is also a self proclaimed disciple of Timothy Leary.
And lastly we have Christopher A. Schmude. Here’s his laundry list of charges�
Schmude is accused of using a hand-held video camera to capture images of juvenile girls having intercourse and performing sexually explicit acts on each other and on males. Some of the males were over the age of 18, according to the criminal complaint.
The videotapes were uploaded to Schmude’s computer and shown to others, according to the criminal complaint.
Schmude is also accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl on five different occasions between July 18 and Sept. 30, according to the criminal complaint. The 14-year-old also told police she was “loaned” to Schmude’s 24-year-old friend, who also had sex with her, according to a Police Department report.
Some of the accusations cited in the criminal complaint include:
n In April 2006, Schmude asked a 15-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl to do a sex video and they agreed. Schmude videotaped the couple having sex in his bedroom.
n The same 15-year-old girl skipped out of school with a second 15-year-old girl in May 2006. Both girls went to Schmude’s house where they performed sex acts on each other as Schmude videotaped. The second 15-year-old girl also took part in sex acts with other males while being videotaped.
n In April 2006, two girls, ages 14 and 15, drank vodka in Schmude’s room and performed sex acts on each other as Schmude videotaped.
I also like how the comments on Schmude’s MySpace from his friends say that it wasn’t his fault. Right.
